This recipe has one of the most analog film vibes of any recipe I’ve created so far. It’s not like any specific film but definitely reminds me of a few old school color film stocks.
It also has a cinematic vibe which is the reason for the name.
There’s a Greenish tint to the look which I like in this case. Its awesome for street photography but should work well in different lighting situations.
Take a look at some photo samples.
Check out my episoide of Straight Out Of Camera for this recipe. And if you haven’t seen any of the previous episodes check out this playlist of all of them. Straight Out Of Camera Series

Hi Craig,
Nathan here, I totally feel guilty, I didn’t realise you had a blog until today…. Some fan huh 😔.
Anyway, love the latest film sim, just watched it on YouTube, works brilliantly for me, very effective!
I’ve seen your last few videos, but for some reason I don’t think you’re seeing my comments 🙄 maybe should of just stuck with my old account.
Keep up the good work mate and I looks forward to seeing more stuff,
Stay safe, you’re and inspiration Craig
Nathan
Thank you so much Nathan!! I apologize if I’ve missed some of your comments. I try hard not to miss any. I’ll go back and check. I’m happy you found the blog! I hope this recipe works well for you. I truly appreciate the support!
Oh no need to apologise Craig, these things happen.
You’re very welcome, you do really inspire me with your photography so you will always have my continued support! Your videos really want to make me push on my film photography alot more, I’m just always scared to ruin a roll of film with poor composition shots or incorrect exposed, I just need more time with my film camera.
Stay safe Craig, I look forward to seeing more posts.
Best wishes
Nathan
