My X-H1 as well as some other cameras from Fujifilm have the Eterna simulation built in. Although I’ve used this for video I haven’t shot many stills using Eterna. I want to start exploring Eterna for stills. It’s a good base for some new recipes. I’ve been in the mood for some new vintage recipes. This one is partially inspired by NOSTALGIC NEGATIVE. I’m not saying it looks like that but I’m just inspired by the idea.

Here are some before & afters. “Before” image is on the left and the “after” on the right.

Some of these vintage recipes I create don’t end up looking exactly like any specific film stock but they invoke an old school film photography vibes.

None of my samples are indoor shot but I think this could work well in some indoor situations as well. Let me know if you try it in some situations like that.

I hope you give this a try!
