And just like that the last day of NaNoWriMo came and went. 30 days of writing and 30 days of writing blog updates. I’m happy I tried it. I wish I produced more words and pages but at least I gave it a shot.
The writing adventures are far from over but my Nanowrimo specific blogs are. I will update you on my script fairly often but they won’t be titled Nanowrimo of course.
Speaking of my script, I went to the library today and checked out a few books for research. I love researching for stories. Sometimes research involves scouring websites, talking to people or diving into books.
Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to even read a little bit of these updates. Stick around if you like filmmaking, video editing, photography, screenwriting as well as other writing adventures.
I hope you had a great November! Here’s to an amazing last month of 2018.
I just bumped into your blog. I’ve never tried doing the novel in a month thing, but it sounds like fun. Does it happen every year? I am hosting a book writing Meetup in my area and this sounds like a perfect thing to bring to the group. Best of luck with your writing. Mike
Hey Mike! Thanks for checking out my blog. Nanowrimo does happen every November! I actually used it as motivation to work on my screenplay. If you want more background info on it check out – https://nanowrimo.org/. Also, browse the Nanowrimo related blogs on WordPress as well as YouTube, there are a ton of great videos about this from other writers. Your Meetup group sounds awesome. Best of luck!
